MEET THE 2021 TEAM
EXECUTIVE MEMBERS
SARAH YIM (21 ~) Founder and President Sarah is passionate in biology, agriculture, and environmental science and hopes to engage the youth in raising environmental awareness and combating environmental issues. She envisions a green, earth-friendly environment for future generations, hence naming this organization Envi-sion. She has led the team by organizing projects, designing the website, and overlooking all operations of Envi-sion.

TRISTON LEE (21 ~) Founder and President Triston developed passion for environmental issues such as global warming, pursuing various projects upon it. Triston met with Sarah and Ian to pursue the SORA project to reduce food security and malnutrition in Sri Lanka. Triston hopes to pursue his vision of a clean, eco-friendly environment and bring positive change to the global community.

IAN KIM (21 ~) Vice President As a student interested in biology and chemistry, Ian took part in the iGEM project with Sarah and Triston. He helped to solve post-harvest problems in Sri Lanka, learning to care for environmental issues plaguing the world. Wanting to further these previous efforts, Ian hopes to help lead ENVI-sion to the best of his abilities, hoping to spread awareness of crucial environmental issues in the process.

JOSHUA HWANG (22 ~) Media Manager Joshua is interested in a diversity of topics, especially about the environment. He has experiences in media, such as art and design. His main purpose by participating in this club is to raise awareness about the issues of the environment at hand. Advertising using media, Joshua hopes that the world learns about these issues and protect the environment.

MINJAE CHUN (21 ~) Editor in Chief Minjae has great interests in journalism and environmental issues and hopes to spread greater awareness for the environment and create a change through clear and powerful writing. By researching current environmental issues around the world, she is learning the importance of protecting the environment, as well as the value of nature in our society.
